Both the Palestinian Authority and Turkey have ulterior motives. Turkey seeks entree into the European Union, so you can bet they showed up early and sat in the front row. As for the PA, you can stack their motives up in a variety of ways, all of which involve driving Israelis into the Mediterranean.
Alas. Apparently, Muslim states aren't interested in talking.
