Baby Phat clothing CEO, runway glamazon and millionaire diva KIMORA LEE SIMMONS never does anything small, so in order to unveil her fragrance, Baby Phat: Goddess, she threw a seductive, pink-draped bash at her New Jersey mansion.
"At this table, I have what are considered to be aphrodisiacs," she tells "The Insider." "We have a little caviar, lovely roses, diamonds and pearls. Honey, I mean, 'Need I say more?'"
Kimora Lee is the co-host of TV's "Life & Style" magazine, the face of Baby Phat clothing, and the maker of Barbie dolls and book deals. All told Kimora Lee's businesses in total could earn up to $500 million over the next two years, experts say.
But more than anything, the 29-year-old former model is a fan of luxury and designer goodies. And her Goddess line, a fresh white floral with top notes of pure gardenia, white rosebuds and zingy cedrat flower, represents that.
"I wanted something that was classy, that had the weight of a classic fragrance, and it has the little ring around the cap that you can actually take off and play with because girls love that."
Sixty magazine beauty editors got a sneak peek at the fragrance last week and Kimora Lee did her best to make them feel at home with roses, a banquet table and -- naked male Grecian statues?
"Come on, ladies, it doesn't get any better than this!" she says, while flirting with the silver-painted models.
