As if murder charges weren't enough for one week, The Source now faces sexual harassment charges:
EURWEB - The two Source magazine employees who were charged with attempted murder following a recent shooting in New York have been named in a sexual-harassment and sexual-discrimination lawsuit that claims they helped to foster a macho atmosphere around the office.
The complaint, filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission this spring, names attempted-murder suspects Leroy "Bum" Peeples and Alvin "Wiz" Childs among a number of male workers who got key positions despite their lack of qualifications. The suit was filed by two female former executives. Peeples, 32, is president of the magazine’s owner Source Entertainment; Childs, 35, is marketing director. Their lawyer, Mel Sachs, claims the suit is the product of "revengeful accusations by disgruntled employees motivated by money and retaliation."

Leroy Peeples, General Manager and President of Entertainment at The Source is also in trouble with Queens Family Court. He was recently issued a second warrant from the court for the failure to appear for non-payments of child support, which is monitored by the court.
