Tony and Krista give custody of Mojo up to this...

NASCAR driver Tony Stewart and former girlfriend Krista Dwyer have given up their 3-year-old patas monkey, Mojo, to the Lousville Zoo. 

Courier-Journal - When Stewart and Dwyer noticed Mojo maturing and becoming aggressive, they sought help, the zoo said ... Dwyer said saying goodbye to Mojo was the hardest thing she has ever had to do.

Quoting this...
"We have to let Mojo grow up and be the best patas monkey he can be and that means being with other patas monkeys. I love Mojo but want people to know that primates and wild animals don't make good pets."

This... is Krista Dwyer

Krista Dwyer is the on again-off again girlfriend of  NASCAR Nextel Cup driver Tony Stewart.  The couple's engagement was announced on May 13, 1999, but to my knowledge a wedding date was never set and the pair split a couple of years later. They were again an item as recently as the fall of 2004 but are not currently a couple.

Krista shares joint custody of Tony's patas monkey, Mojo, who lives with her in North Carolina.  Krista holds a B.S. in Biology from Butler University.  She is the daughter of Dr. Daniel and Phyllis Dwyer of Rockville, Ind.  Her birthdate is September 20, 1973.
