RS:INXS: the Where Are They Now? of this...

Q. WHERE ARE THEY NOW ROCK STAR INXS
A. Still missing a couple answers, but didn't want to further delay the posting of this...

• Rock Star: INXS winner J.D. Fortune and INXS are currently on a nationwide tour promoting their new album, Switch.  J.D. is still officially homeless, but has plans (and now the means) to remedy this... On a personal note, J.D. has made Canadian Estella Warren, whom he chose to play his love interest in the "Afterglow" video, his real-life love interest.
• RS:I runner-up Marty Casey and his band Lovehammers are opening for INXS.  Their debut album, Marty Casey & Lovehammers, was released Jan. 24^th.  Thye recently got to play a few surprise gigs for their hometown Chicago fans due to the cancellation of a few INXS dates as a result of J.D.'s bronchitis.
• RS:I runner-up MiG Ayesa recently signed a recording deal with Decca/Universal Music.  He has started working on an album which is slated for release in Q2.
• Sweet Suzie McNeil has signed a management deal with famous manager of The Eagles, Irving Azoff, and she's in the studio making a record with legendary A&R man John Kalodner ("Cher," "Aerosmith," "Whitesnake"), who will serve as Executive Producer.  She recently drove to Vegas with Ty Taylor and Deanna Johnston to see the INXS show.
• Jordis has been working on her Burnett Records/Epic album, which is slated for release in the Spring.
• Ty Taylor recently celebrated his birthday at Hollywood hotspot Rokbar with club owner Dave Navarro and fellow RS:I rockers Deanna and Dana.  Stay tuned for a complete update on this...
• Deanna Johnston will be performing at the FebFest Outdoor Winter Festival in Kingston, Ontario on February 4th.  She is a featured celebrity blogger on Idol Go Home for the 5th season of American Idol.

• Heather Luttrell has released an "old-fashioned raw blues" album entitled Grits n' Pulp on 185cool Records.  She getting ready to embard on a tour and is requesting donations to purchase an RV.
• Daphna Dove is performing in a series of rock 'n' roll fashion shows/concerts called "Girls Rock."  Next up: Miami. She recently went to Europe, where she met with Klaus from The Scorpions and feel in love with the possibility of working there. She is also writing a screenplay, which combines the worlds of science and music, as well as a book, which will be a compilation of all of her poems, lyrics and ideas that have been piling up throughout the years on scrap paper and bar napkins.  And last week, she laid down vocals for a guest appearance on a known artist's solo album, which we'll tell ya about here later.
• Neal Carlson and his band Bona Roba will be playing a Valentine's Day gig at CBGB's with Marty Casey and Lovehammers.  Their current album "Reach in and Get Her" is available at Amazon and elsewhere.  Neal is also working on a solo album project entitled "The Dust and Wind"  It has a soulful, country, bluesy feel to it and features fellow rock star Heather Luttrell on a couple of tracks.
• Wil Seabrook recently had his music featured in the ABC Family series "Wildfire."  He plays frequent live shows at the Paseo Colorado Mall just east of Old Town Pasadena.

Where is Jordis since this...?

Q. Where is Jordis now?
A. Former Rock Star: INXS rocker Jordis Unga has signed with Burnett Records/Epic Records and is currently in the studio with the Rock Star: INXS house band working on an album slated for release in March 2006.

She continues to play gigs with Dave Navarro and Camp Freddy and I suspect we'll see other guest musicians on her album.

Recently, Jordis performed at the Grand Opening Gala of the Muhammad Ali Center for the Advancement of Humanity Worldwide in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday, November 19, 2005.  More photos from the event at her official Epic Records website: www.jordismusic.com.
