Members of INXS will perform a brief acoustic set at House Of Blues Sunset Strip in the Lounge For Life breast cancer benefit concert on October 15.  They join the bill with previoulsy announced performers Melissa Etheridge and the Goo Goo Dolls.  The $150 tickets are available at HOB.com.

SWITCHED ON Tour Dates
INXS's North American Switched On tour will kick off January 18 in Vancouver, BC and will extend to more than 20 U.S. cities and two stops in Canada.

Tickets for most shows will go on-sale the weekend of 15 October.  Marty Casey,  J.D. Fortune's fellow "Rock Star: INXS" contestant, and his band, the Lovehammers, is the opening act.

A "revitalised" INXS has been invited to play in the Andrew McManus Presents Marquee at the Melbourne Cup Carnival.  I think, but have not confirmed, this will be their first Australian appearance with new lead singer, J.D. Fortune.

INXS is in the studio with producer Guy Chambers finalizing their upcoming album, Switch, with new lead singer, J.D. Fortune and are considering video treatments for the first single, "Pretty Vegas."

Friday, the band appeared on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and Ellen (encore Friday, Sept. 30 on Oxygen)

On October 17, 2005, fans will be treated to a preview of the INXS's live show with a special performance at the new Virgin Megastore on Hollywood and Highland.  Also performing is Gang of Four and Dredg.  Event starts at 4pm.
