My favorite Hollywood stunt man, NASCAR driver Stanton Barrett ("Spider Man"), has been keeping himself busy off the track. Check out this behind-the-scenes video of his stunt for the season finale of "Moonlight," airing Friday @ 9pm on CBS.

A Champ Is Gone
Race car driver Bobby Hamilton shocked NASCAR fans in 2006 by announcing that he had neck cancer right before his final race. But his wife Lori says that it wasn't his racing that made her husband a true champion. Lori told momlogic.com, “You can win a championship on a race track or you can win a race running it, but when you’re faced with cancer or adversity such as what Bobby was, that’s when you know he’s a true champion. That’s when the courage comes out.”

The Stuff Inside
"We champion the stuff inside. Wherever we find it." ~ Jim Beam
Jim Beam is celebrating their clients by giving fans a closer look at 'the stuff inside" their favorite NASCAR driver, bands and projects it sponsors.
Here's to the stuff inside Robby Gordon, who continues to lead the way in engaging his fans online:
"Love me or hate me, no matter what I'm racing, I'm going to give you a damn good show."
Robby drives the most brutal races in the world, through war zones and deserts, all while being NASCAR®’s only single-car, owner/driver. While other drivers enjoy their time off, Robby works on his cars, manages his teams, plans and drives in races around the world. He’s won every kind of race he’s entered: dirt bikes, stock cars, and off road. Sometimes racing twice in the same day.
What does Robby want people to know about him?
"I want people to know about my passion for racing. That I drive in the world’s most dangerous races. I’m the only American to ever win a stage of the Dakar Rally. I never stop. I’ll race anything. Anywhere!"
He also wants you to know he'd like you to vote him into the All-Star race.

The, "Have you been holding out on us?" FAQ
Q. Huh? Did I hear correctly? Tony Stewart is dating the former Mrs. Derrick Cope and ex-girlfriend of Robby Gordon?A. Ya know ... when I heard Tony and former Miss Winston Renee White were spotted having dinner together in Lake Norman back in October and then didn't hear anything more about it, it didn't seem worth mentioning. When I heard Renee, an avid race goer, was at Darlington Raceway last week, I didn't think much about it. But when fans told me they heard Tony talking about his new girlfriend's "maiden voyage" to the track on his radio show I started re-thinking ... sources say they're "just friends." And I've got this piece of land for sale in ...
Q. Is that baby registry I saw on BabysRUs for real?
A. Currently awaiting official confirmation of its validity or fraudulence. Stay tuned ... Update: What a surprise ... a fan with too much time on their hands. Hmmm. It seems several NASCAR couples are expecting--unbeknownst to them! I guess fake MySpace profiles got too boring after people stopped paying attention. So how 'bout a baby registry?!
