Q. In NASCAR Illustrated's Rankings for this year they have AJ Allmendinger listed as single. Was this a gross lack of research on their part, or do they know something that we don't?
A. Uh ... we're gonna have to go with a "gross lack of research" or ... embarrassing oversight or ... complete lack of trust in the TGOM ...

Indeed Lynne is still Mrs. Allmendinger. The couple's first wedding anniversary was last Saturday, Jan. 19.

Baby Names Update: Sam and Crystal Hornish, whose baby is due on February 10 -- a.k.a. Daytona 500 Bud Pole Qualifying Day -- finally decided on Addison if it's a girl. They had previously announced that if a boy, he will be named Sam Hornish III.

Expecting: NASCAR agent Jeff Dickerson and girlfriend Crystal.

Who wants their Big Mo'ment with this...?

Mooresville Tribune - On Thursday, Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s new "Dale Jr.'s Big Mo'" candy bar hit retailers' shelves nationwide. Its name is a nod to Mooresville and the Dirty Mo' Posse, what his closer group of friends call themselves.

The "Big Mo'" is a creation of the R.M. Palmer Company of Reading, Pa. Available either with either creamy caramel or peanut butter filling, the candy bar was "tailored to please" Earnhardt's palate. "We went though a few rounds of taste tests," he said in a news release from R.M. Palmer.

Coinciding with the candy bar's launch is the company's "Big Mo'ment with Dale Jr." sweepstakes, which runs through April 30.

The grand prize winner will be treated to "the" Big Mo'ment," which will include lunch with Earnhardt and his JR Motorsports Busch Series race team in Mooresville, a limousine tour of area race shops, suite tickets to a VIP weekend at Lowe's Motor Speedway.
