Teresa Earnhardt, CEO of Dale Earnhardt Inc., took a public dig at the organization's star and NASCAR's most popular driver in the press yesterday.
In an interview with the Wall Street Journal regarding DEI's recent diversity hire, Max Siegel, Dale Earnhardt's widow expresses doubts about her stepson's commitment to the sport.
Quoting this...
"Right now the ball's in his court to decide on whether he wants to be a NASCAR driver or whether he wants to be a public personality."
The Journal noted that Dale Jr., whose contractual obligations to DEI end with the 2007 season, was unavailable for comment.
