Tonight's theme is "Stripped Down" and Tommy takes it literally and shows off quite a bit of skin throughout the evening. Brooke's baby bump is getting harder to conceal.
There was much talk of the Vegas trip during the episode. Have pics. Will post.
Overall this week's performances are not as good as last week and what some have suspected for awhile becomes abundantly clear after this week's performances:
This is a competition between Lukas and Dilana.
Zayra performs an original song and for the first time, I really enjoyed her. And her outfit is OUTSTANDING! $500/day to rent the parachute skirt:
She looks and sounds better than ever and is really comfortable singing in her native Spanish language. She cannot front Supernova. But she can party with me at the mansion anytime--I hope she's still around for next week's (which falls on night 3 of my birthday 
weekend celebrations-yea! 1=Tim and Faith @ Staples Center; 2=Jack's first concert--but I'm not into music or anything). Oh, and check out Z's new tattoo:
Magni really showcased his voice on Bowie's "Starman" and made it his own. Sounded great. His stage presence, however, is still lacking.
Patrice needs to send an SOS out to her friends to get votes this week. "Message in a Bottle" might be her ticket home.
Lukas is a "Hero." He rocks out the boring soundtrack song. When he was done I though "encore," but I changed my mind after the last performance.
Storm gives her weakest performance to date and one that could land her in the bottom 3 since we're down to only 8 rockers now, although I'm fairly certain she'll survive even if she does. Also a rarity - her out is not "tight." None of the band nor Dave like it. Gilby: "I wish that 3 minutes didn't happen." She's been spanked before--Storm handles the criticism like a pro.
Toby gives a lackluster performance of "Solsbury Hill" but mixes up some mean cocktails with Lukas later in the evening.
Not for air:
Very fitting to the stripped down theme, the opening reality clip shows Dilana forcing Toby to prove how much he wants a song. (that airs) When Toby performs, T. Lee comments on what a rock star move running around the pool is. Toby comments back to T. Lee and to all that he did that on the coldest day in Los Angeles. (Yeah, ok, Toby. There haven't been any cold days here, but I see you're trying to protect your manhood's image.) T. Lee apparently has a tip when trying to do that . "Stick your thumb in your ass to make it stick out." (Things I didn't need to know he knew.)
I really, really, really wanted to like Ryan's "In the Air Tonight," but found it unimaginitive and even a little pitchy. (I'm a tough nut to crack on that song though because I don't think anything will ever compare to Holly McNarland's cover.) He more than made up for it by performing my favorite Ryan Star original "Back of My Car" back at the mansion. Love love love him. But not looking for him to win this competition.
Dilana crushes "Cats In the Cradle." Crushes it. And demonstrates that stripped down doesn't mean powerless.

B3: Really the only thing I'm
sure of is that is won't be Dilana or Lukas and will most likely be Patrice and probably not Storm. The rest are a toss up, but my guess is Patrice. I think it will be Zayra and Toby (bummer, that'll make the parties a lot less entertaining). Too hard to predict now that it's coming down to the audience's personal preferences.
