Christy Johnson is the recent former girlfriend of Kale Kahne, brother and pit support specialist of NASCAR Nextel Cup
driver Kasey Kahne. The couple started dating in June 2005, having met previously while out with friends in North Carolina's hot spot Lake Norman. Kale introduced himself to Christy, they became friends and
started dating a few months later. They split up in the post-season.
Christy is a 2003 graduate of the University of Florida where she majored in Public Relations, minored in Theater and was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority.
Christy, 25, is the daughter of Chris and Faye Johnson of Bradenton Fla. She has an older brother, Shane, also of Bradenton. She currently resides in Huntersville, N.C.
