Katie Kenseth is the wife of former NASCAR Nextel Cup champion Matt Kenseth, current driver of Roush Racing's #17 Ford.
Matt and Katherine Arlie Martin met at a mutual friend's wedding in their homestate of Wisconsin--both are natives of Cambridge. They were married on Dec. 4, 2000 and honeymooned in the Caribbean.
On July 6, 2009, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Kaylin Nicola. Katie is also stepmom to Ross Kenseth, Matt's son from a previous relationship.
The Kenseth family currently resides in Terrell, N.C. with their cats, Lars and Charlotte.
