Alabama: The Alabama Minuteman Support Team is organizing to assist the upcoming New Mexico Minuteman Civil Defense Corps border vigil.  As with the first Minuteman border vigil in Arizona in April, the Minutemen will be using both fixed observation posts and mobile patrols to spot illegal immigrants and drug smugglers crossing our border and will notify the Border Patrol to apprehend them.

Also in AL, Mexican airline Aeromexico said Monday it will fly Mexicans home for free from hurricane-damaged areas.

Arizona: Rural Arizona Congressman Rick Renzi wants the federal government to use night-vision technology, drones and surveillance balloons to track illegal immigrant smugglers and Mexican drug cartels before they cross into the U.S.

California: Legislators are still proposing laws that violate the 14th Amendment and make laws which  abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.

Connecticut: New Haven leaders want to provide a safe environment for illegals without having to worry about being deported.

Idaho: Officials in Canyon County are fed up  with illegal immigrants are costing their county millions of dollars in medical and welfare benefits. They got creative and in an unprecedented move, are suing businesses that knowingly employed undocumented workers under the Federal RICO Act.

Illinois: A 55-year-old male, internet sexual predator stung by ICE was sentenced to over 21 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to four counts of violating federal child pornography laws.

Indiana: Indiana Federation for Immigration Reform and Enforcement withstood jibes and insults while protesting loans for illegal immigrants.

Iowa:  As many as 200 illegal immigrants will receive Mexican Consular ID cards next month and will gain access to services they are not entitled to under federal law.

New Jersey: Local law enforcement agencies are resistant to enforcing federal immigration laws, complaining they don't have the resources to assist federal agencies and that they rely on the cooperation of illegal aliens in solving all sorts of crimes and in the maintenance of public order.
The state's Attorney General's office says the police don't get to choose which laws they enforce.

New York: New York has joined Texas as the second state since early August to become the target of discrimination complaints for laws allowing illegal aliens who live in those states to go to college cheaper than out-of-state students who are U.S. citizens.

North Carolina: Rocky Mount Police Officer B.G. Brown, is recovering at home after being shot in the back while responding to a call.  Police say he was shot by illegal alien Flavivo Cerecedo.  A reward of $7,500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

Also in N.C., Latinos are being harrassed following the death of teacher Scott Gardner.  Gardner died from complications after being hit by a drunk-driving illegal alien.

And let's not forget the college student dismembered by his roommate.

A recent poll reveals that 90% of North Carolina's recognize an illegal immigration problem, 80% want laws enforced.

Tennessee: A university student from Egypt was ordered held without bond after prosecutors said they found a pilot's uniform, chart of Memphis International Airport and a DVD titled "How an Airline Captain Should Look and Act" in his apartment.

Texas: Houston Police Chief Harold Hurtt said his department will not do any more day labor sting operations like the one mounted west of downtown earlier this month. Instead, he wants to build trust with immigrants.  Houston resident Lisa Flores said, "It sounds like we need to get together neighbors, the victims of crime, and have a meeting with the chief. If he has made a decision like that, he doesn't understand how bad the crime is."

Virginia: State legislators said that Virginia is facing an immigration crisis on par with Arizona and New Mexico and urged Gov. Mark Warner to declare an emergency like the governors of those two states did last week.

West-Virginia: Two men who claimed to be illegal immigrants from Mexico working at the Wal-Mart Supercenter construction site in the north part of the city have been charged with sexually assaulting a woman for over an hour in the suspects' room at the Plaza Motel.

Fantastic work, TGOM. Please keep up the excellent work of informing the "ignorant public" of the status and progress of the war on illegal immigration. (Yes, in my mind, this is a war.)

I am tired of the Illegal Immigrants staying here in the US, they do not pay taxes and if they do there w-2 form is filled out claiming many dependents, plus they are working under fake or someone elses Social Security numbers, plus they get free medical. Jeb Bush says he takes it personally, well so do I, is his wife Legal??? They do not need to be in our Schools, especially if they don't speak English, we all know they don't pay school taxes, we are the US Citizens do. They have all broken the law send them home.While we are on the subject, no more boat lifts from Cuba, close all borders now before we are invaded even more
